For verified property sales and buyer–seller facilitation:

1% – 2% of the final transaction value

  • Asset type and value

  • Complexity of the transaction

  • Level of legal and advisory involvement

🤝 Joint Development (JD) & Joint Venture (JV) Advisory

For JV/JD structuring and advisory assignments, our fees are customised per project.

Our engagement may include:

  • Deal structuring & advisory

  • Land feasibility assessment

  • Legal coordination

  • Partner identification

  • Transaction support till closure

Fee Structure:
✔ Fixed advisory fee
✔ Success-linked fee
✔ Or a combination, based on project scope

All terms are clearly defined before engagement.

⚖️ Legal Due Diligence & Verification

For independent land verification and legal review services:

Fee:
Based on land size, documentation depth, and location.

This typically includes:

  • Title verification

  • Encumbrance & conversion checks

  • Legal opinion coordination

🏗️ Project Monitoring & Advisory

For ongoing project monitoring and execution support:

Engagement Type:
Retainer-based or milestone-based, depending on project duration and complexity.
